Creating Tiger Fur In Photoshop

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of photoshop’s tools. if you don’t, please learn the tools before attempting these lessons.

1) I started with a new document 800 X 600 pixels, RGB and 72dpi. you can take any size and fill it will #FFA200, Now create a new layer and make some black spots ( check brushes ) on it as shown in the picture.

2) Now merge both layers and apply Add Noise

Filter>Noise>Add Noise - 12 , select gaussian and monochromatic

Now apply Gaussian blur

Filter>Blur >Gaussian Blur - Radias : 1

Now apply Motion Blur

Filter>Blur >Motion - Angle : 30 ——— Distance : 15

And in the last Apply Burn tool on the edges of the black spots.
