Make a Still Car Moving

Hello everyone,

Today i’m going to teach how to make a still car look like as it is moving.
First open the car image in the photoshop , I used this image:

Use the Lasso tool or Magnetic Lasso tool to make an outline of the car.

Now Inverse the Selection by pressing Ctrl+Shift+I or by Select > Inverse

Then apply following settings Filter > Blur > Motion Blur
Angle = 0, Distance = 34 Pixels

Now use the Elliptical Marquee Tool to make a circle on the rim

Now apply the following settings Filter > Blur > Radial Blur
Amount = 25, Blur Method = Spin, Quality = Best and Now apply the same method with second rim and you will get this result, Never select both rim at once, otherwise you will not get this effect.
